Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Administrative Amendment under Delegation HH16: The 'Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost' position was retitled 'Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor' and a new 'Provost' position was established with effect from 1 January 2024. The Schools were moved from the SDVC portfolio to the new Provost portfolio which sits in the Vice-Chancellor and President's portfolio. This amendment reflects the inclusion of the Provost position as a Senior Executive level position for the purpose of this Policy.

19/05/2025: References to redundant titles (Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Vice-President and Office of Student and University Planning) used as examples in Definitions have been deleted in line with the new Structure effective from 12 May 2025. Reference to the disestablished ‘Executive Committee’ was replace by the ‘Senior Executive Group’ for the purpose of this Policy.
