Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy review has allowed the addition of Definitions to the document.
Clarity is provided as to the linkage of a development program to an academics professional development review and to the University's strategic plan.
Expansion to the explanation of what will be taken into consideration in assessing applications.
The removal of the 7% quota requirement.
Removal of the ADP Procedures which have been replace by the ADP Guidelines located on the ADP Website.
