The changes in this revised version refer to: - Updating the title of the State Debt Recovery Office to Revenue NSW; - Delineation in procedures between Red permits with and without bollards; - Inclusion of procedures for White Hotspot Permits specifically for pool vehicles; and - change to requirement for allocation of new Blue Permits to be predicated on the availability of relevant parking bays. Review date should be held at August 2019.
