Summary of Changes from Previous Version

9 January 2014 - this policy is currently under review. A revised version is expected to be published by end-February 2014.



The Definitions Section of the document has been amended so that it

contains a one-clause lead sentence followed by the definitions as sub-

clauses to allow for the addition of definitions without re-numbering

clauses.
