Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The administrative amendments to this Vice-Chancellor approved document are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15. The procedures have been updated to reflect the new nomenclature of the Student Management System (SMS). The terminology changes (as relevant) include:

‘course’ to ‘program’; ‘unit’ to ‘subject’; ‘teaching session’ to ‘term’; ‘key program’ to ‘major’; ‘specialisation’ to ‘major’; ‘sub-major’ to minor’; ‘advanced standing’ to ‘Credit for Prior Learning’; ‘special consideration’ to ‘Disruption to Studies’; and ‘enrol in units’ to ‘register in subjects’.

01/01/2024: Position name changed from Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost (SDVC & Provost) to Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (SDVC)
