Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The LaTTe advisory group of Education Committee reviewed this policy as part of their 2022 work plan due to the membership including representatives from each School, ITDS, the Library, Learning Futures and students, providing the broad expertise to collectively review this Policy.
The main changes are:
• Updating of references, formatting and terminology, including to the University's Digital Learning Thresholds
• Simplification of some wording to clarify
