Summary of Changes from Previous Version

25 June 2019 – Preliminary review completed – no change required.


The amended policy specifies a purpose for the policy in clause 2, makes clear who can approve local achievement awards in clause 7, makes clear a reward under the policy is not a gift or benefit for the purposes of the Gift and Benefit Acceptance and Management Policy in clause 8, removes the need for unit heads to report on the bestowing of awards in clause 16, and simplifies and rearranges clauses.
