Summary of Changes from Previous Version
Definition of an ‘Executive level position’ updated to be inclusive of all members of the University Executive and a definition of Total Remuneration Package (TRP) added.
Section 3 - Policy Statement
Option for the Vice-Chancellor and President to waive requirement for Senior Executive, Executive or Senior Staff to act at a higher level for at least four consecutive weeks before being eligible to receive an allowance added.
Standardisation of the allowance payable to 10% of the current TRP of the staff member who is acting in the more senior role.
Clarification around the relief of an Executive or Senior staff member’s substantive position.
