Summary of Changes from Previous Version

27 August 2020 – Preliminary review completed – minor amendments are underway.

23 November 2017 – Policy amended to remove the reference to the redundant unit title “Office of Capital Works and Facilities” and replace with “Office of Estate and Commercial”.

It is proposed to change the way in which acting arrangements for Executive staff are handled. An acting allowance will now be paid to Executive and Senior staff undertaking higher duties for a period of four consecutive weeks, at a negotiated proportion subject to the Vice-Chancellor’s approval. Acting periods of less than four weeks will not be paid.
