Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clause 16 has been amended to replace the reference to the expired associated document 'Articulations Pathways Procedures' as subsumed by the revised 'Articulation Pathways Approval Authorities and Delegations'. Clauses 19 and 20 have been amended to delete references to the expired associated document.
