Summary of Changes from Previous Version

DIQO developed a draft Student Administration Policy which consolidated 12 documents into a single, principles-based policy document, which is to be supported by 8 operational procedures that outline how we manage core activities from admission through to conferral. This suite is reflective of the need for clearer delineation between policy and procedure, with the majority of content being held in procedural documents which can be updated at greater speed to ensure currency and capitalise on the ongoing uplift and digitalisation of student administration services.
