Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Office of Governance Services noted that there was no appropriate clause providing authority for the Chair of Academic Senate, either solely or with others, to determine that there are no valid grounds for an advanced standing appeal to be heard, as is the case in other policies. The inclusion of an additional clause to align this procedural element regarding appeals with the appeals provisions in other policies was agreed.
