Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This document reflects the current Western Sydney University Agreement 2022 accepted by University Academic Staff via ballot. The new Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and will operate from 19 December 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 March 2025.
