Summary of Changes from Previous Version

9 March 2022 – System Administrator Fix – clause 14a. inserted placeholder for the ‘Senior Executive Group’.


The administrative changes are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15. The University Secretary and General Counsel position has been separated into two positions. Functions previously assigned to the combined position have been reassigned to either the new "General Counsel" or "University Secretary" position as relevant. The function assigned to the University Secretary and General Counsel position in clauses 14 has been reassigned to the "University Secretary" position as it relates to responsibilities within the University Secretary's Portfolio.
