Summary of Changes from Previous Version

10 September 2021 – Document updated to reflect the position title change for the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor to Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost.

1. Policy Name Change - The current Mobile Telephony and Communication Devices Policy has been retitled as Mobile Telecommunication Devices Policy. 2. Process Document - To ensure that the policy contains only required policy considerations, all process elements were moved into a separate Process document. 3. Eligibility Criteria - More stringent eligibility criteria introduced relating to the application for, and provision of both University Provided 1Mobile Telecommunication Devices and Mobile Phone Allowances. 4. Mobile Phone Allowance - Introduction of a higher level of Mobile Phone Allowance for critical support services staff.
