23 June 2014 - Change the title for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Corporate Strategy and Services to Deputy Vice-Chancellor as per Board resolution - Meeting 2014/1.29 May 2013 - Revised versions of the Web Design Style Guide and Social Media Guidelines were attached as Associated Information to these policy. Clauses changed in the Policy to reflect unit and title changes include 9, 10, 13, 24 (b), 42, 44 - 48, 56, 58, 59, 64 The Policy has been updated to include restrictions about the use of the promotional space on the University website, clause 32 A link has been included to the Visual Identity Manual, clause 26. UWS is obliged to comply with the World Wide Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 to meet level AA requirements. Clause 5 has been added and clause 27 updated to reflect this. The process for reviewing and approving links to external sites has been updated, clause 36. The review and decommissioning of micro-sites has been reviewed, clauses 49-50. Minor updates have been made to titles and contact details in the supporting document Micro-Site Guidelines and Support.
