Research Excellence Awards

Staff and students of Western Sydney University are invited to nominate University staff who have shown excellence in one of the following research categories:

• Excellence in Research (Researcher of the Year)
  Vice-Chancellor award for outstanding research with outcomes extending beyond the University.
• Excellence as an Early Career Researcher
  Vice-Chancellor award for outstanding research undertaken by an early career researcher.
• Excellence in Postgraduate Research, Training and Supervision
  Vice-Chancellor award for outstanding supervision and training of Higher Degree Research students.
• Research Excellence through Partnership
  Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) award recognising the importance of Western Sydney University research staff initiating, developing, enhancing and managing research partnerships.
• Excellence in a Research Interdisciplinary Team
  Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) award recognising a research partnership of two or more unrelated academic units that delivers outcomes supporting the University's Research Plan.
