Summary of Changes from Previous Version

CRICOS re-registration identified a requirement to amend the Complaint Management Policy to comply with standard 10.3 by specifically referencing the 10-day timeframe stipulated for international students to be advised of right to go to external body for complaint outcome review. The scheduled review date of 26 February 2026 has been maintained due to this revision not undergoing the standard review process.
