Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Administrative changes under Delegation HH15 due to the restructure of the Division of Finance and Resources and the establishment of the Division of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and related Vice-President position.

Clause 5 amended to replace the position 'Vice-President, Finance and Resources' with 'Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer'. The structure changes came into effect on 1 January 2023.
