Summary of Changes from Previous Version

5 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – updated the placeholder for the Tender Committee from the Division-based record to the Committee-based record.


21 November 2019 – Delete references to “Director, Strategic and Procurement Services” and replace with renamed title “Director, Strategy, Business Development and Procurement”.


19 March 2019 – removed embedded URL www.ipc.nsw.gov.aus and replaced with associated information placeholder URLs.


12 October 2017 – Policy amended to remove the redundant position title “Associate Director, Procurement and IT Planning Services” and replace with “Director, Strategic Procurement and Services”.


Clauses 21 and 125 have been amended to clarify responsibility for ensuring entries are made into the contract database to support Government Information (Public Access) Act [GIPA] disclosure requirements.
