The Policy has been updated to reflect the current UWS organisational structure throughout. The use of NSW Government supplier panels has been broadened to include contracts or panels put in place by other procurement consortia (such as CAUDIT or HES) - clauses 35 to 39. An amendment has been made to the use of the standard UWS Terms and Conditions of Purchase - clause 58. The need to complete a Procurement Plan prior to action commencing has been reinforced - clauses 25 and 60. The need for business areas to report expenditure in line with the GIPAA legislation has been reinforced - clause 127.
