3 September 2008 - Policy updated to add position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Grouped Category 8 positions listing and to remove Chief Financial Officer (CFO).



25 August 2008 - Policy updated to add the position of Senior Manager Strategy and Operations to Grouped Category 4.



1 August 2008 - Amendments have been made to: Schedule A to update references to HR management positions and the delegations about capital works and facilities have been deleted and transfered to a new Schedule G. Schedule B to update references to HR managaement positions and to include new delegations about signing letters of offer and contracts. Schedule C (and clause 8) to make the Director Research Services the approval authority for staff to hold DCR level delegation over research accounts. Schedule D to incorporate new management positions from Innovation and Consulting, the Director and two Associate Directors (Associate Director HR Business Services and Associate Director Workplace Relations and Organisational Change).
