Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 2 December 2024, the Board of Trustees resolved to disestablish Board Executive Committee with effect from 1 January 2025. As a result, clauses 14 and 15 were of no effect and inoperable. To manage the situation contemplated by clause 14 and 15 and Boar of Trustees delegation to Board Executive Committee exercise its authority in emergencies and urgent circumstances, the Board considered and approved the revised wording referring to the Chancellor, VC and Deputy Chancellors.
