The Individually Named Positions Group in the Position Classification Table has been amended to: 1. Include the position title of 'Registrar" in order to add it as delegated authority in Delegation Schedule F15 as the officer authorised to direct the affixing of the University Seal to a testamur, award or similar instrument in conjunction with the amendment to the University Seal Policy. This function is currently being undertaken by the officer in the position of Vice-President, People and Advancement, as approved by the Vice-Chancellor. This amendment was approved by the Board of Trustees on 22 February 2017 - Resolution [22/2/2017:19]. 2. Delete 'Board Standing Committee' and replace with 'Board Executive Committee' in accordance with the approved Board of Trustees Resolution - [7/12/2016:19], to establish the new Board Executive Committee to replace the Board Standing Committee and Remuneration and Nominations Committee to take effect following the enactment of the new Western Sydney University By-law which came into effect on 17 March 2017.
