Summary of Changes from Previous Version

23 January 2017 - Table 1 Category 6 and Individually Named Positions Amended: position title 'Executive Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development renamed 'Executive Director, Human Resources' and Manager, Work Health and Safety renamed 'Associate Director, Work Health and Safety'.

The policy and the attached Delegations Schedules (A-D, F and G) have been amended following the annual review of delegations, to update delegation holders in clause 8 Table 1 and the Schedules, and amend the commencement date of the amended policy. The changes will take effect on and from 1 January 2017.
