Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Administrative changes under Delegation HH15 due to the restructure of the Division of Finance and Resources:

clause 57 and 71 - replace the 'Office of Strategy, Business Development and Procurement' which has been subsumed by 'Procurement Services'
clause 70 - replace reference to OEC with 'Division of Infrastructure and Commercial'
clause 73 - correct typographical error for reference to 'the Insurance Accountant' - previously referenced as 'Insurance'
