Summary of Changes from Previous Version

11 January 2012 - Amend policy to reflect leadership and management changes as approved by the Board of Trustees and effective 1 January 2012. Amendments include deleting references to Colleges, Heads of School and the Finance Director. Also, reference to the Procurement Policy for purchasing, quotation and tendering requirements has been added. Clauses amended: 3, 7, 12, 17, 35, 38, 39, 46,53, 56, 76



11 February 2011 - Policy amended to reflect changes to Board of Trustees Committees - Strategy and Planning Committee and the Finance and Investment Committee.



1 February 2011 - The arrangements relating to purchase and tender for goods and services, and the value for the requirements to seek quotes or tenders has been amended with the introduction of the revised Procurement Policy on 1 February 2011. Please contact the Associate Director Procurement to discuss transitional arrangements until this policy is reviewed.
