10/02/2015: Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'.


The policy has been amended to enable appointments to be made where a short term vacancy exists (less than 6 weeks) without undertaking an expression of interest. Also in exceptional circumstances a Dean may directly appoint an academic adviser as defined in the policy for a specified period. The policy has also been amended to clarify superannuation as it applies to allowances and appropriate expenditure relating to professional development grants.
