Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This revised policy amends the document's title from Staff Recruitment and Retention Loadings Policy, adds a purpose in Section 1, removes clauses for the conferring of titles from the policy, provides for a responsibilities allowance for an employee who undertakes a specific role in addition to their substantive duties in clauses 13 and 14, provides clear procedures for securing the services of an employee, whose skills are highly valued by the University, outside the annual performance planning review process, simplifies clauses and clarifies responsibilities.
