Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Firstly, Clauses 30- 31 contain an amendment to the previous rating which was "satisfactory". The rating "exceptional" is considered more appropriate given the requirement for a higher level performance.

Secondly, Section 4, Procedures, involves an amendment to the sequence of offers to facilitate understanding. The Policy is now ordered from initial consideration of a high performance loading at the recruitment stage, to an offer to an existing employee and finally, continuance of an offer.
