Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The policy replaces the former Recruitment and Retention (High Performance) Loading Policy and it now covers more options for reward and recognition than just high performance loadings. In addition, this version provides the conditions and procedures for senior staff to apply for the title of Professor in certain circumstances, the incremental progression of Academics level E, and conferral of distinguished titles.
