Summary of Changes from Previous Version

1 June 2021 – The Purchase and Tender Board Policy is retired with immediate effect. Coverage of this topic is included in the Procurement Policy published on 31 May 2021.


10 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – update the placeholders for the Board of Trustees and Purchase and Tender Board from the Division-based placeholder to the Committee-based placeholder.


5 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – update the placeholders for the Tender Committee and Finance and Investment Committee from the Division-based record to the Committee-based record.


15 June 2020 – Updated references to the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research and Graduate Studies with renamed position title Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research.

the membership of the Purchase and Tender Board

due to senior staff position and portfolio changes

(as per the new management structure effective 1

January 2015). The position DVC and University

Provost has been deleted, the position

Vice-President, Finance and Resources has been

added and the number of other senior staff

members being nominated to be on the committee has

been increased from two to three.
