Summary of Changes from Previous Version

23 June 2014 - Amended the policy to reflect the position title changes of the Director, Information Technology to Chief Information Officer and the DVC Corporate Strategy and Services to DVC and University Provost.



Amended membership of the Purchase and Tender Board to reflect current UWS structure - clause 6.

Added the requirement for an independent member to sit on each of the four UWS Tender Committees - clauses 15 and 16.
