Summary of Changes from Previous Version

11 January 2012 - Amend policy to reflect leadership and management changes as approved by the Board of Trustees and effective 1 January 2012. Amendments include changed composition of Scientific Tender Committee - membership now includes Dean/Director Research Institute, PVC (R), Associate PVC and Associate Director Procurement. Clauses amended: 16



This policy replaces the former Purchasing Procedures and Tender Board Policy. A new Purchase and Tender Board terms of reference and membership has been established. Tender Committees have also been established in specialist areas, to consider tenders and make recommendations to the Purchase and Tender Board. Clauses Amended Policy: All
