Summary of Changes from Previous Version

These amendments are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15 for this Board of Trustees approved document. The University Secretary and General Counsel position has been separated into two positions. Functions previously assigned to the combined position have been reassigned to either the new "General Counsel" or "University Secretary" position as relevant. The function assigned to the University Secretary and General Counsel position in clause 27.(4) has been reassigned to the "University Secretary" position as it relates to responsibilities within the University Secretary's Portfolio.
