Summary of Changes from Previous Version

At its 4 August 2021 meeting the Board of Trustees approved the revised Governance Rule (BOT resolution 4/8/2021:8) which: 1. allows for an elected position, if it becomes vacant within the first three months of the new term, to be filled by the eligible candidate who was next in the ballot; 2. reflects the revised Section references of the Western Sydney University Act 1997, which arose when Section 12 was repeated in 2019; and 3. adopts gender neutral pronouns.
