Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 2 December 2024, the Board of Trustees resolved to disestablish Board Executive Committee with effect from 1 January 2025. As a result, the Delegations of Authority Policy was amended in relation to the management of Board's delegation to Board Executive Committee to exercise its authority in emergencies and urgent circumstances. The Western Sydney University (Governance) Rule has been amended to be consistent with the Delegations of Authority Policy by adding clause 27A regarding decisions on urgent matters.
