Summary of Changes from Previous Version

23 March 2015 - Amended policy to replace the position title 'Associate Director, Secretariat' with the new title 'Company Secretary, Entities and Associate Director, Secretariat'.

10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'.

Clause 8a now defines using an electronic device, including mobile phones, contrary to the directions of the Examination Supervisor, as a form of cheating.
