Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This version of the policy incorporates the following changes: 1) introducing peak parking times from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Sunday; 2) introducing an off-peak (orange) parking permit which allows parking in designated red parking outside peak hours; 3) allowing blue permit holders to park in designated red parking outside peak hours; 4) requiring all vehicles parked in commercial parking areas to purchase and display a valid Pay and Display one day parking permit (that is displaying any other permit does allow parking in commercial parking).

In addition, parking fees for 2013 have increased. Parking fees are noted on the UWS Parking website. A link to that site is in the Associated Information component of this policy.
