Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy replaces the former "Traffic and Parking Policy". The procedures have separated from the policy, half-yearly permits have been created, temporary parking restrictions have been clarified, continued breaches may lead to cancellation and/or misconduct proceedings, "authorised person", references to CWF have been removed due to internal structural changes.
