1 February 2018 – Updated references to the position title “Director, Design, Content and Corporate Communication” renamed “Director, Corporate Communications”.

23 November 2017 – Policy amended to remove the reference to the redundant unit title “Office of Capital Works and Facilities” and replace with “Office of Estate and Commercial”.

12 October 2017 – Policy amended to remove the redundant position title “Director, Capital Works and Facilities” and replace with “Director, Estate and Commercial”.

30 September 2016 - policy amended to delete redundant position title Director, Marketing and Communication and replace with Director, Design, Content and Communication.

8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.

28 January 2016 - Amended policy to remove references to the expired Misconduct - Student Non-Academic Misconduct Policy and replace with the new Student Misconduct Rule.

The previous document only address fixed noticeboards. This document has been expanded to still include fixed noticeboards, but also all other information display solutions, including digital display boards. Clauses and subclauses from the previous document have been substantially changed and this a revised document should be read in totality.
