Summary of Changes from Previous Version
10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic' to 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Academic', change of position title from 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research and Development' to 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Research and Development' and change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'.
The amendments to this policy relate to the addition of a new category of honorary appointment, being TAFE-UWS Associate Appointments. The policy title has been changed to reflect this. The TAFE appointments have been established to enable and promote the UWS/TAFE SWSi/TAFE WSI partnership and foster collaborative arrangements between the partners through activities including though not limited to, organising and promoting joint activities, enabling lectures/seminars by TAFE adjuncts at UWS in appropriate discipline areas and contributing and engaging in collaborative research relevant to the Office of PVC (Education).
