Summary of Changes from Previous Version

To provide guidelines on how to reject or accept and report on gifts and benefits, and how to declare, manage, and report on conflicts of interests, and to guide University and controlled entity staff in recognising and understanding the situations and contexts in which they may arise.

6/01/2026: System Administrator Fix – clause 7bi. used School Manager and School as an example of a Representative. School Manager is a redundant title and ‘Faculty Manager’ has now been used as the example for the purpose of this clause.
