Summary of Changes from Previous Version

In order to comply with Network Members' local legal requirements efficiently, and instead of changing each WSU policy to fit with those local legal requirements, this policy has been developed. It outlines general principles that all offshore campuses under the TNE (Transnational Education) Strategy should follow, except when local laws take precedence.
