Summary of Changes from Previous Version

5/03/2024: System Administrator Fix – fixed hyperlinks to email addresses that were linking to URL’s instead of the email address.


16/06/2021: Division name changed from Equity, Diversity and Support (E,D&S) to Equity, Diversity and Wellbeing (E,D&W)


16 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect unit title change for the Equity and Diversity Unit to Equity, Diversity and Support.


28 January 2021 – Amend clause 12a. to delete text ‘a draft’ in reference to the Working from Home Agreement (WfHA) – Appendix 1. The document is not a draft.


30 November 2020 – the document has been amended to reflect the renamed position title Executive Director, Human Resources to Chief People Officer.


In line with the Workplace Flexibility Policy, the University recognises that staff and managers require Working from Home guidance on the risks. The University is receptive to the needs of employees by facilitating appropriate work arrangements and in improving work-life balance. The University supports staff and trusts employees to self-manage from home, the Working from Home (WfH) Guidelines assist managers to monitor the wellbeing and safety of their staff that work from home.
