Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This revised Framework includes a reference to the Global Network Policy and a section on Delegations of Authority, which was previously missing. Other minor changes to renumber clauses and clause references. The revised Framework was approved by the Board of Trustees on 5 June 2024, resolution number [05/6/2024:6].
