Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The guidelines have been updated to reflect the new nomenclature of the Student Management System (SMS). The new SMS came into effect on 7 October 2021. The terminology changes are: 'course' to 'program' 'session' to 'term' 'unit' and 'unit of study' to subject 'enrol' to 'register when it applies to subjects 'Academic Course Advisor' will be changed globally to 'Academic Program Advisor' upon publication 'Advanced Standing Policy' will be changed globally to 'Credit for Prior Learning Policy' upon publication 'advanced standing' to 'credit for prior learning' Review date was 18 December 2020, a past date, but has been updated to 6 November 2021 for purposes of SMS changes.
