Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clauses 2 and 42 have been amended in reference to the explanation of procedural fairness being located in the 'Guidelines on Procedural Fairness and Good Decision-Making' associated document instead of the 'Individual advocacy webpage'.

Clause 7 - the 'Progression Policy' has been deleted as a document that could apply to academic appeals procedures due to the revised Policy published on 10 December 2021 no longer including internal appeal mechanisms.
