5 March 2024 – Academic Senate approved the revised version of the Examinations Policy on 8 December 2023 [AS 23/06:04] with the retirement of the Deferred Exam Procedures included in the recommendations and covering memo. The revised Examinations Policy was published on 14 December 2023. At its 13 August 2021 meeting, Academic Senate approved the revised Examinations Policy, (resolution AS 21/04:04. The procedures have been updated to reflect online delivery of exams, as well as the eligibility for deferred examination when students are unable to complete their exam if they experience technical difficulties. Amendments have also been made to reflect new nomenclature of the Student Management System (SMS).Deferred Exam Procedures
