4 March 2022 - Update all references to position ‘Chief Information and Digital Officer’ with renamed title ‘Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Security Officer’. 22 February 2022 - Updated all references and links to the repealed ‘Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015’ with the ‘Higher Education Standards Framework (Thresholds Standards) 2021’ The Policy was completely reformatted. Improvements to conciseness and easier reading were made by moving the preventative measures section from procedures to policy; grouped responsibilities in the procedures section and provided a grouping title; included a reference to what entities are covered; and a reference to foreign interference.
